The finance team you'd hire — if you were hiring.
We started because founders kept telling us the same thing.
"My books are always late." "My bookkeeper doesn't understand my business." "Nobody can tell me what my runway actually is."
Precision Credits was founded in 2026 by a small group of chartered accountants who had spent years in Big-Four audit rooms watching companies stumble into diligence with numbers they couldn't defend. We knew what "good" looked like — reconciled monthly, reviewed by a senior, filed on time. We also knew most growing companies weren't getting anywhere close to that.
So we built a firm around it. Every client is assigned a senior reviewer. Every close goes through a two-pass review. Every deliverable ships on the day it's promised — or you hear from us before the deadline.
We run finance operations for 10+ companies across the US, UK, Canada, Australia, KSA and UAE. We've helped clients close audits, raise funding rounds, navigate cross-border restructures, and — most importantly — sleep at night.
Zubair Ahmad, ACA
Founder & Chief Executive OfficerZubair Ahmad is a Chartered Accountant with more than twenty years across audit, taxation, financial management, corporate finance, and business advisory. He has held the Chief Financial Officer seat at leading textile manufacturing and fashion retail organisations, where he owned financial reporting, tax strategy, and the commercial decisions that follow from both.
That work spans manufacturing, retail, healthcare, banking, FMCG, engineering, textiles, and the public sector — a breadth that shapes how Precision Credits advises today: practical, compliance-first, and measured by what it changes in the business rather than what it adds to the file.

Give every founder a finance function that scales with them.
Accuracy is non-negotiable.
Numbers arrive reviewed, reconciled, and explainable. If we can't defend a line, it doesn't ship. Every deliverable passes a senior second pair of eyes before it lands in your inbox.
Speed is a feature.
Standard month-end close is 72 hours. Urgent close is 48. If we're going to miss a deadline — which is rare — you'll hear from us at least 48 hours out, with a plan.
One firm, one team.
No subcontractors. No local passthroughs. The person handling your US books also understands your UK subsidiary and your Dubai VAT return. Everything runs through the same review.
Plain-English explanations.
Every management report comes with a two-paragraph summary of what changed and why. No jargon-dumps, no "call to discuss." You should be able to read your P&L in five minutes.
Six reasons founders switch to us — and stay.
-
01
Senior review on every close.
Not "reviewed by a manager once a quarter." Every month, every close, senior sign-off before it ships.
-
02
Fixed monthly fee, no billing surprises.
Scope is agreed up-front. You'll never get a $2,000 invoice for a "10-minute question."
-
03
Six-jurisdiction expertise, in-house.
US GAAP, UK FRS 102, Canadian ASPE, Australian AASB, Saudi IFRS, and UAE IFRS — all under one roof.
-
04
Slack access, not a ticket queue.
Your team lives in a shared Slack channel with ours. Questions get answered in hours, not days.
-
05
Investor-grade deliverables by default.
Every set of financials is prepared to a standard that will hold up under investor and audit scrutiny.
-
06
96% client retention.
Our clients don't churn. The average engagement length is long term.
See if we're the right fit.
30 minutes. No sales script. If we're not a match, we'll say so and point you somewhere better.
